Discussed the requirement for food grade containers. Discussed that operator shall confirm that drain of ice well at bar is plumbed to an in-direct drain line. Hot holding temperature for chilli and meatballs at 157 degrees Fahrenheit and greater. Discussed wall behind dishwasher, will require repainting. Two food thermometers accurate at time of inspection. Discussed sick worker policy. Choking poster and CPR kit displayed in dining area. 78 seats counted at facility.
