07/09/2015 | Inspection | Comment: Menu comprised of bologna and cheese on a roll, raw carrots, apple sauce, canned pineapple pieces and milk. Delivery time to feeding site approximately 3 minutes. Lunches were delivered, internal temperature of sandwich was measured and recorded in log. Lunches were dispensed within 10 minutes after arrival. Food workers were doning gloves, though there was no actual food handling. Sanitizer spray was used on tables after consumption of lunches. |
