03/13/2015InspectionComment only: Several foods were temped inside the 2 door Foster cooler in the range from 45 - 46 degrees F. Owner, Gus Kamburelis turned the temp dial down. Cooler must be monitored closely to ensure all food temps are 45 degrees F or below. All remaining violations must be corrected no later than 3/27/15, except the floor must be repaired no later than 9/30/15. Must submit something in writing to the Glens Falls District Office addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 3/27/15.
