This is a membership only organization and the members cook for their fellow members. Discussed manual dishwashing. This facility has a large 2 bay sink. To facilitate the proper wash, rinse and sanitize procedure, you can use a large bin to act as the ""third bay"". Discussed the refrigerated storage location for raw shell eggs and raw meats in the kitchen refrigerator - lowest shelf and not above or next to ready to eat foods. |
