04/30/2014 | Re-Inspection | ATOI = at time of inspection. All violations from previous inspection have been corrected and no foods kept in hot-holding ATOI (all foods refrigerated). Standing water in dishwasher (just after running two wash and rinse cycles) tempted at 121 degrees F, but temperature gauges not providing reading during cycles (before machine is opened). According to manufacturer's specifications label in outside of machine, temperature required to reach 150 degrees F for minimum wash temp and 180 degrees F for minimum rinse temp.
