In discussion with the bartender, Jim, the beans were made by a member and dropped off for Jim's personal use. As a reminder, no food prepared at someone's home kitchen is allowed to be served to the general public. 2. No designated mop sink present.
Must correct all violations no later than 12/31/15, except restroom ventilation must be in compliance no later than 6/30/16. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to corey.dilorenzo@health.ny.gov addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 12/31/15. |
