The floor must be resurfaced such that it is nonabsorbent, smooth and easily cleanable prior to the start of next season. A dip well for ice cream scoops is scheduled for installation and the smoothie machine has been removed and will be replaced with blending units. All previous violations have been corrected. Using time as a public health control for buffet items was discussed, please contact our office and apply for use if you are interested. |
