04/29/2015InspectionDuring the course of the inspection the following things were discussed: - When holding potentially hazardous food items they must be held at 45F or below OR 140F and above. Storage of items between these temperatures constitutes a public health hazard. - When storing items in the walk-in cooler, food service workers must take note of potentially hazardous food items over ready to eat items that could be contaminated. -Due to these two above issues the Department would like to schedule with the facility a time (approx. 1 hour) to complete some training with staff during a Hazardous Critical Control Point assessment of one of the main entree items.
