06/04/2015 | Inspection | Comments only: 1. Several ventilation fans are partially soiled, they will be due for a thorough cleaning shorly. 2. Thermometer located inside walk in cooler reads 45 degrees F. Temped cole slaw and bbq sauce at 45 degrees F. There is a large amount of ice present on condenser, this could be a reason why cooler is not colder.
All remaining violations must be corrected no later than 6/18/15. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to corey.dilorenzo@health.ny.gov addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 6/18/15. |
