this is a simple complaint-I eat at chillis all over the country as a part of business travel-on the whole the food is good and consistent and the service generally good. this particular franchise however failed on both counts. I ordered and entre and salad and soup at the bar only to find all three served at the same time. this is a situation I have faced in the past and simply will not tolerate it. I am not going to have to choose between my salad at the expense of the hot dish. I told the bartender to take the entre back to the kitchen and serve it after my salad was finished. she immediately went to the manager who con fronted me. I explained the failure of the staff was his responsibility upon which he told me to leave because I was being disruptive. Poor performance is indeed the responsibility of the management which he obviously took offense to. this is surely not the way to resolve a complaint in a well run restaurant.I left and will surely not return. My comments are meant mainly for the owners who will never hear about this incident; and the employee's whose income depends on a positive experience. not a great job.
