I went to buy baked chick mango habanero a while ago (mar 23'2021) she's hispanic,skinny & ignored me (A)...until i asked another female eldery there but she can't speak english well & called the A to assisted me. I told her i want to order a lot of chicken & she looked at me with dirty look and took my order. When i came back as she old me the time frame around 12...I saw alot of chicken were ready on the oven but she ignored me AGAIN & put away chicken from the oven to the aile behind us! even tho I remind her about my order she made me wait for 30mnt until I was yelling to her if she didn't help me I will talk to the manager, she finally help me. On the way out I spoke with the manager in charged Male, hispanic, black hair, skinny & very young. He told me that she was alone there that's why she's slow. I told him that wasn't the isssue....the problem is she took the chicken from the oven, wrapped it and put it on the ailes instead she should gave to me & make me wait for my order 30 mnt long! I don't like this shift manager handle my issue ....I want company (store manager) look from the CAMERA what your employee DID when they have an issue with customer & address the issue after investigation. NOT JUST GAVE A STATEMENT like NOTHING HAPPEN. Since then I never ever go back that store.
