Grill line reach in cooler unit not operating to maintain product tempertures at or below 41*F, repairs or replacement needed, as using the walkin cooler for the only working cooler unit (with the exception of the small wait staff cooler) will create problems with the walk in and or foods being left out between uses/orders.

Still one end cap missing from flourescent light bulb above grill area.
- Controlling Pests, Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and Pests (46.981(k)(l))
Food facility inspection indicates there is still evidence of rodent activity, droppings along wall corners and under equipment in back kitchen and storage areas. You must clean, use a shop vac to remove any all evidence so to monitor for new activity. Also suggest placing more than two glue boards to monitor activity.

Build up of frozen condensate on top shelving of three door reach in freezer, ice has enveloped the syrofoam containers of food on top shelf. Owner stated it was due to the needed door repairs and now that a different door with proper seals have been installed he would clean out the freezer, all "iceberg: food to be discarded.

Reach in produce cooler has a build up of frozen condensate on evaporation unit, bus tub on top shelf filled iwth ice melt water. Operating temperture at 45 *F, only fresh produce stored within, empty pan, defrost unit immediately.

One end cap missing from flourescent light tube shield above grill line equipment.

Scattered mouse droppings on floor in stockroom, and along wall in dishroom below the prep table across from ice machine. Reviewed needed cleaning and pest control measures. Correct immediately.
