--One (1) of the food prep units was holding food at 53 deg F. Food was removed to another cooler, and unit will be defrosted.

--Mechanical warewashing equipment had a lime buildup observed inside, needs de-liming.

--Ice machines in bar area and kitchen area have no air gap on the drains.
- Surface Characteristics of Indoor Areas of Food Facilities (46.901)
--Food preparation areas are still being expanded, and much of the room is not finished. Rafters and insulation are exposed, and areas are not easily cleanable. PIC stated the kitchen is still a work in progress.

--Buildup of slime-like substance in the bar area ice machine, cleaned during inspection.
