Potentailly hazardous foods were observed out of temperature. Internal temperature of Salami 50 degrees F, Turkey Breast 48 degrees F. PIC stated that Deli Case was currently defrosting. Final temperature reading of unit was 43 degrees F.

Visible physical evidence of rodent / insect activity observed in the food prep and storage areas. Mouse droppings were observed along floor perimeters in storage area (rear) and kitchen, on shelving (storage and retail), and on window seal. A dead roach observed under non-working meat slicer.
