    --Food employee observed preparing food and not wearing proper hair restraint such as a net or hat. A hat was adorned during the inspection.
  • Consumer Advisory for Raw or Undercooked Animal-Derived Food (46.423)
    --An improper use of the advisory statement was cited last year and placards with the consumer advisory statement were posted in the dining areas. However, upon inspection today, the statement up only read "steak and ground meat cooked to your preference". NEW and PROPERLY written consumer advisory placards were created and posted at the bar and dining room.
  • Cleanability of Floors, Walls, & Ceilings (46.921)
    --Observed paint/surface of ceiling above the hand sink is peeling. Repair so it is smooth and cleanable again.
