The food facility operator shall be the Person in Charge or shall designate a Person in Charge and shall ensure that a Person in Charge is present at the food facility during all hours of operation. -Food Safety certificate not posted at the time of inspection. Owner's wife states that she is the food safety certified individual yet there was no ID or notes in system of food safety numbers. Owner states that she will call central office to make arrangements to pick up certificate.
