--cooked chicken and sausage was held at 110 °F, in the grill area, rather than 135°F or above as required. Facility reheated to 165 and then held at 135F
Cold Holding Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(a)(2)-(a)(5))
--Sour Cream was held at 55 °F, in the cooler, rather than 41°F or below as required. Thrown out by inspector.
