Dry ingredients such as flour, sugar, breadcrumbs in the kitchen area stored open with no covering.

Observed wet wiping cloths lying on prep tables throughout the kitchen, not being store in sanitizer solution.
- Food Storage Requirements & Prohibited Areas (46.321)
Observed cardboard boxes of eggs and limes stored directly on the floor in the walk-in cooler area, rather than 6 inches off of the floor as required. The boxes were moved to a shelf during this inspection.
- Design & Functionality of Warewashing Machines (46.591)
The temperature measuring device on the mechanical ware wash machine was noted at 150 degrees F for the final rinse

An insect control device located directly on top of the ice machine with potential to contaminate food, equipment, and / or utensils.

Observed 5-10 fruit flies under a prep table in the main kitchen and the at the front bar.
