    --Food facility does not have available sanitizer test strips or test kit to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration. Please purchase correct strips.
  • Cutting Surfaces Maintained (46.672)
    --Observed deeply scored cutting boards not resurfaced or discarded as required. Al cutting boards need to be sanded down, then bleached or replaced.
  • Light Bulb Protective Shielding (46.922(a))
    --Lights are not shielded or shatter proof in both walk-in cooler. Light bulbs need to be properly covered.
