    --The following items need to be cleaned and maintained. 1. Hood filters are getting dusty. 2. Fan cover in the drink walk in refrigerator.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --The following need to be addressed. Correct and maintain. 1. 6 Stained ceiling tiles were observed by the "Outtakes Quick Cuisine" sign. Replace the tiles and make needed repairs to the leaks above. 2. A small pool of grease was observed on the floor below the disposal system on the dirty side of the dishwasher. Clean up the grease and have the unit checked for any leaks.
