    Liquids in spray bottles and working bulk food ingredient storage containers are not labeled with the common name of the food.
  • Wiping Cloths Use Limitations (46.304)
    Wiping cloth bucket's chlorinated sanitizer concentration was >200 ppm.

    Ice accumulation observed in walk-in freezer. Freezer door does not seal tight and is allowing warm air to enter.

    Observed dust on fan coil fins and mold like residue on fan guards in walk-in cooler. Black mold-like residue on the wall by dish machine.

    2 flies observed in kitchen, cob webs on light fixture in rear storage area. Rear door propped open without a screen to protect against the entry of insects/rodents.
