    * Uncovered food items are observed in the walk-in refrigerator and in reach-in refrigerator unit.
  • Identification of Content on Food Storage Containers (46.282)
    * Working bulk food ingredient storage containers are not labeled with the common name of the food.
  • In-Use Utensils & Between Use Storage (46.302)
    * Knives are wedged between the food prep tables in the food prep area. * Cup are used as dispensers and are stored in the large bulb containers during time of inspection.

    * Labeled container with wiping cloth and sanitizer solution was not observed in the food prep area on the 1st floor and 2nd floor during time of inspection.
