    The handwash sink in food preparation area is unstable and not properly sealed to the wall. The drain of same hand sink has a small leak. Soda crates are used to store beverages instead of dunnage racks.
  • Plumbing Facilities in Good Repair, Cross Connection Prohibited, Scheduled Inspections, Cleaning Water Reservoirs (46.825(b)-(e))
    The sump pump in the basement does no have a cover.
  • Removal of Refuse, Recyclables and Returnables (46.885)
    The garbage disposer present was inoperable. Management must replace unit or obtain a service for collection of grindable food waste produced. When the garbage disposer is replaced a splash guard should be placed between the 3 basin sink and the sink with the garbage disposer attached.
  • Light Bulb Protective Shielding (46.922(a))
    Lights in the refrigeration units are not shielded from breakage.

    No hot water available at the establishment for handwashing, because the 40 gallon hot water heater in the basement was not operating properly.
