    --Observed floor tiles are missing/chipped and uneven under the three bowl sink area and also by the entrance to the kitchen from the rear storage area.

    --Two sets of fluorescent lights are not shielded or shatter proof in the basement area above the oven.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --Observed the storage areas in the basement are cluttered with numerous items on the floor, etc. Clean and organize this area and discard unused items.
