Product discarded due to temperature abuse, One commercially packaged cooked ham and a block of commercially packaged unsliced cheese was held at 44 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below. Product relocated into the walk in cooler 37 degrees F.

Unit temperature control adjusted rechecked with in 30 minutes. Unit ambiant air temperature 41 degrees F. Monitor on a regular basis.
