--Assorted dense products placed in deep plastic containers in walk in cooler in depth of excess of 8", which inhibit the proper heat dissipation to promote rapid cooling. Although these products were produced earlier this week (Pumpkin Soup-dated 10/28) it is doubtful that they were properly cooled from 135*F-70*F within 2 hours and from 70*F-41*F in an additional 4 hours for a total cool down time of 6 hour as evidenced by easily observable moisture condensing on the interior of the lids indicating warm product placed in the containers.
