A food employee was observed touching ready to eat food with his bare hands. Observed a food employee preparing a hoagie with bare hands. -Instructed management to take immediate corrective action.
- Food Storage Requirements & Prohibited Areas (46.321)
Food shall be protected from contamination by storing as follows: In a clean, dry location. Where it is not exposed to splash, dust or other contamination. REMOVE canned bottled beverages from leaking condensation line in the basement.
