    --Noted the lid on the plastic storage container used for pancake flour was cracked and broken and plastic pieces could get into product. Repair or replace lid.
  • Cooling, Heating, & Holding Capacities (46.611)
    --Noted deli meat, potatoes and vegetables were stored over the load limit in the table top prep cooler in the grill area. Product was moved to an acceptable location during this inspection.
  • Frequency of Cleaning Equipment Food Contact Surfaces and Utensils (46.712)
    --Noted a black residue buildup on the top of the ice bin on the ice machine in the food prep area. Ice bin was cleaned and sanitized during this inspection.
