    Inside of hood above oven has accumulation of grease and/or dust.
  • Cleanability of Floors, Walls, & Ceilings (46.921)
    1. Roof in rear store/warewashing area is leaking from heavy rains: roof needs major repairs. 2. Black mold visible on south and west walls of same room: remove with clorox or borax and paint with Kilz or similare anti-mildewcide. 3. Several ceiling tiles in rear have been damaged by prior leaks. 4. One missing floor tile in walk-in cooler and five missing from rear room.
