    --There is no back flow prevention device, check valve on the mop sink hose bib. A check valve was purchased.

    --There is a film on the food surface areas of the tongs on the stove handle and on some knives on the wall magnet above the baine marie. The tongs and knives were placed at the dishwasher foe cleaning.

    --Observed clean metal bowls on the shelf above the three bay sink, stored wet in a manner that does not allow for draining and/or air drying (wet nesting). The bowls were inverted on the shelf.

    --The wood on the bar is unfinished and not easily cleanable. *There is exposed insulation adjacent to the steps, by the ice machine, going to the second floor. *Dust, construction materials, tools, etc. on the floor and bar.

    --There is a hole in the screen on the exit door in the kitchen.

    --An open tray of rodenticide pellets is on the floor in the second floor storage area. The owner removed and discarded the tray and pellets.
