    --One (1) ladle, in hot hold container of broccoli cheese soup, with protective plastic handle guard in disrepair (severely torn / worn), making it no longer smooth and easily cleanable. Utensil was discarded by PIC, and replaced with a different ladle during the inspection.
  • Frequency of Cleaning Cooking & Baking Equipment & Microwave Ovens (46.713)
    --Thick build-up of carbon on the panini maker and on the interior top of the kitchen oven. Clean as needed.
