Internal of flat of eggs on counter by grill =65. Been here 1.5 hr. No discard time was posted .Posted during inspection.Also required to use time in place of temperature for phf's : written procedure specifying for which foods time is used as control and how it is used ( eg,time marked when removed from cooler, not out more than 4 hrs or discarded etc...). Please write procedure for agent to review and approve at next inspection.
