    Foods (milk, dressings) were held at 50 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required in one of the small Hobart refrigerators in the front area. Foods were moved to the other refrigerator and will not be placed back in this unit until it can hold proper temperature.

    The handwash sink near the dishwasher does not drain properly and employees do not use it. This sink must be repaired or replaced because the other handwash sink is on the other side of the kitchen and is not convenient to this area.
