Packages of pop tarts and relish are gnawed and eaten by rodents. Droppings on and in food packages and boxes. The food and boxes were disposed of by the manager.

Raw shell eggs above milk containers in the retail case. The eggs were placed on the bottom shelf.

Hot dogs reheating for over two hours on the roller grill. The food employee disposed of the hot dogs, approximately 4 lbs/$8.00. *Hot dogs on the roller grill 117*f and 105*f, the food employee stated that these were reheating for approximately one half hour. However, there was no sign posted that the hot dogs were still cooking. The employee posted a not ready sign on the grill. Shall reheat to 135*f or above within two hours and maintain hot food at 135*f or above.

One sink stopper is missing for the two bay sink.

Using QA sanitizer, requiring a rinse step, in the two bay sink. Kay-5 cleaner/sanitizer is available, instructed the food employee in the sanitizing procedures.
