--Observed a container of chlorine based sanitizing solution at the customer service counter that exceeded 200 parts per million (PPM) which is toxic at that concentration. Corrected on the spot.

--Equipment not maintained in good repair. Observed a frozen liquid condensate leak inside the walk-in freezer and a condensate drip pan inside a reach-in refrigerator that is full of what is assumed as liquid condensate that has turned green in color.
- Maintaining & Using a Handwashing Facility (46.825(a) & 46.981(h))
--Multi use of a handwash sink. Observed ice, food debris and a container of sanitizing solution being stored inside the handwash sink behind the customer service counter. Corrected on the spot.
- Operation & Maintenance of Storage Areas, Redeeming Machines, Waste Receptacles & Waste Handling Units (46.884)
--Observed dirty outdoor plastic waste receptacles that are producing an obnoxious odor which the smell is noticeable from within the kitchen of this retail food facility. Also noticed an uncovered 50 gallon drum of used cooking oil in the same are which is attracting bee's and other flying insects.

--Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the kitchen. Corrected on the spot.

--Potential rodent or insect harborage areas inside the food facility. Observed old unused food preparation equipment being stored inside a very small under the staircase closet in the kitchen area.

--A Food Employee Certification is displayed, but the certification expired 5/4/14 and is no longer valid. Compliance required in 10 calendar days by providing proof of enrollment in an approved Food Employee Food Safety Training Course. Handout provided on approved training locations.
