    --Observed paint chipping inside of the freezer where they are storing water ice. Chipped paint can fall and contaminate the water ice. Repair the freezer. Owner stated that he will repair this at the end of the season.
  • Frequency of Cleaning Equipment Food Contact Surfaces and Utensils (46.712)
    --When going over the cleaning procedure for shake spindle and star tip in the custard machine, staff stated that they are rinsing them after every use and washing them at the end of the day. These food contact surfaces are coming into contact with dairy product so must be washed with hot soapy water, rinse with hot water and sanitizer at least every 4 hours. Owner stated that they will wash, rinse and sanitize them at 4 pm and 8 pm everyday.
