    --Noted food facility is vacuum packing beef jerky without a written HACCP plan in place. Owner agreed to stop vacuum packing jerky from this day forward. All existing jerky packages will be opened.

    --Noted facility is selling bulk candies and maple taffy and is not providing ingredient information to the consumer.
  • Equipment in Good Repair & Proper Adjustment (46.671)
    --Noted two glass doors on the deli case was cracked and broken and need repaired.
  • Chemical Sanitization for Mechanical or Manual Warewashing Equipment (46.674(d))
    --Noted facility was not using a sanitizing step in the was rinse sanitize procedure at the three bowl sink. Corrected on site.
  • Cleanability of Floors, Walls, & Ceilings (46.921)
    --Noted ceiling tiles were discolored or damaged over the product storage case in the rear of the display floor. Noted a roof leak in the rear storage area. No food has been affected in this area.
