    --Mushrooms and pasta were stored in the 3-bay sink while dishes were being washed. Do not use sinks for more than one task at a time. Clean and sanitize sinks between uses. Prevent contamination of food by preparing food at designated food prep areas.
  • Maintaining & Using a Handwashing Facility (46.825(a) & 46.981(h))
    --The hand wash sink was obstructed by a container of food in the sink and a trash can in front of it. Keep sink clear for hand washing use at all times.
