FOOD ITEMS WERE HELD HERE FOR 24 HOURS OR LONGER. FOOD ITEMS CONSISTED OF FISH - 48*F, COLESLAW -46*F, SPRING MIX SALAD - 50*F, MAC AND CHEESE - 48*F, SOUP-48*F, AND TARTAR - 48*F. FOOD WAS DISPOSED OF ON THIS DAY.

--OBSERVED A DEEPLY SCORED AND SCRATCHED CUTTING BOARD ON PREP UNIT, THAT DOES NOT FACILITATE PROPER CLEANING/SANITIZING. OWNER STATED THAT THEY ARE PURCHASING A NEW CUTTING BOARD.
