    --Build up of old food residue, grease and equipment on the floor around the fryer and grill. *Linoleum is ripped, missing and/or worn in areas of the kitchen, wood exposed, and is not easily cleanable.
  • Food Shall Be Safe, Unadulterated & Honestly Presented (46.201)
    --Two small cans on the food storage shelf, above the prep table, are missing the labels. The cans were discarded by a food employee.
