Duties and Responsibilities of the Person-in-Charge(PIC). The PIC has failed in their duties and responsibilities in that employees are not trained in food safety as it relates to their assigned duties. IMMEDIATE CORRECTIVE ACTION IS REQUIRED. See *Risk Factor violations in this report.

Observed febreze air freshner being stored inside a cardboard box with salt and pepper in the storage room and stainless steel polish stored next to bag of flour or cracker mill in the same area.

Employee eating food with their fingers in the kitchen did not wash hands after as required due to hand to mouth contact.

Observed food employees touching ready to eat food with his bare hands as they prepared customer orders. The PA Food Code prohibits touching of ready to eat food with the bare hands. Establishment has no single use disposable gloves on premises. The cook on duty went to purchase gloves during this inspection.
