Cheese and sliced tomatoes registering 51-53*F in cold hold drawers. Manager states that breaker had trip for this unit and items were in cold-hold unit for about 1 hour. Items were all moved to ice immediately. Sanitarian will return for a follow-up inspection on this unit.

1 severely dented can of green chiles stored on shelf in food pantry along with 3 undented cans. Dented cans shall be segregated or marked for disposal or return. Dented can discarded by manager.
