    --Hot foods display case (holding mostly chicken) is being repaired, and is in use. Typically, whole chickens and some fried product is chilled following four hours of display. This may not be practiced today, as the units performance is not such to warrant hold held was maintained above 135 deg. F.
  • Distressed Merchandise Segregated (46.964)
    --Light-colored, chalky residue on a couple of cans of Mary's Kitchen Sausage Hash, which was not explained. Product was in the retail display area.
