    --Food facility does not have available sanitizer test strips or test kit to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration for the Quat. ammonia tablet sanitizer at the bar three bowl sink and for bleach at the kitchen three bowl sink.
  • Equipment in Good Repair & Proper Adjustment (46.671)
    --The floor of the walk in cooler is uneven and not a smooth easily cleanable surface.
  • Cutting Surfaces Maintained (46.672)
    --Observed a deeply scored cutting board on the kitchen prep. cooler that is not resurfaced or discarded as required.
  • Frequency of Cleaning Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.714)
    --Observed a build up of old dry debris inside of the kitchen microwave and on the wooden shelving in the walk in cooler. Clean and maintain.
  • Location & Placement of Handwashing Facilities (46.824(a) & 46.961)
    --The hand wash sink for the employees is located in the furnace room area next to the kitchen ( next to the slop sink ) with a hinged door between the rooms and is not convenient and easily accessible. The hinged door was removed during this inspection. Corrected.

    --Observed water leaking from underneath the bar three bowl sink located closest to the bar entrance.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --Observed a build up of grease/splatter and debris on the kitchen floor under the equipment and on the kitchen walls. Clean and maintain.
