    --Plumbing system not maintained in good repair. In the small bathroom their are two sinks. A small hand sink and a mop sink. The valve below the sink to shut off the hot water appears to be broken. When the hot water is turned on, there is no water. Repair the broken valve. In meantime, continue to use the other sink for hand washing as well as the sink next to the three bay sink.
