    --Observed the ice machine with an build up of black residue on the deflector shield.
  • Maintaining & Using a Handwashing Facility (46.825(a) & 46.981(h))
    --The handwash sink in the kitchen area was blocked by pitchers and not accessible at all times for employee use.
  • Controlling Pests, Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and Pests (46.981(k)(l))
    --Observed live fruit flies around the dishwasher. Advised facility to purchase foam enzyme cleaner for drains.
