    --OBSERVED A HOT DOG ROLLER WITH OUT A SNEEZE GUARD SITTING UNDER A 4 PADDLE FAN. HOT DOGS ARE NOT PROTECTED FROM CONTAMINATION. PIC REMOVED HOT DOG ROLLER EQUIPMENT FROM USE.
  • Materials in Multiuse Utensils & Food-Contact Surfaces (46.521)
    --OBSERVED A ROLLER DOG FOR HEATING HOT DOGS. ONE OF THE ROLLERS IS CHIPPED AND MISSING THE COOKING COATING AT THE END. ROLLER NEEDS REPLACED. PIC REMOVED THE HOT DOG ROLLER EQUIPMENT AND REPLACED IT WITH A ROASTER OVEN UNTIL ROLLER CAN BE REPAIRED.
