    --The shelf holding food containers in the kitchen, is not clean and may not be easily cleaned. It is wood. It should be covered with vinyl or paint such that it resists residues and may be easily cleaned.

    --The bottom of the prep refrigerator in the kitchen has some accumulation of rust.
  • Storing Clean Items (46.774)
    --Dry storage area has some product stored on the floor and has some clutter. There is some frost accumulating in the large chest freezer in the kitchen.
