Observed slow closing water faucets in the men's and ladies employee restroom which when activated did not allow water to run continuously for at least 15 seconds for proper hand washing. Corrected by maintenance staff.

Observed cooked beef wrapped in plastic food wrap being stored on the same sheet pan as raw beef. Corrected on the spot.

Observed in-use utensils in the short order preparation area soaking in sanitizing solution. Immediate corrective action is required.

Cutting boards observed with deep scratches and scoring not allowing for effective cleaning and sanitizing. Cutting board discarded.

The Iodine concentration in the sanitizing rinse on the low temperature glass washer behind the bar was 0 ppm, rather than 12-25 mg/L as required. Primed sanitizing line and corrected on the spot.

The rinse water temperature on the high temperature mechanical ware washing machine never exceeded 138 degrees F when the manufacturers data plate required a temperature of 160 degrees F. Immediate correctice action is required. Wash and final rinse temperatures met or exceeded manufacturers and the PA Food Code requirements.

Observed slow closing water faucets in both the men's and ladies restroom which dod not allow water to continue flowing for at least 15 seconds after being released as required. Repaired by in-house maintenance staff during this inspection.
