Found bag of raw onions stored on the floor in the walk in cooler. Spoke to manager onions came in on truck this morning. Onions were placed on lower shelf in dry storage area. Containers of food shall be stored a minimum of six inches above the floor or on easily moveable dollies, racks or pallets to protect the food from splash and other contamination, and to permit easy cleaning of the storage area
- Food contact surfaces of equipment and utensils clean
Found clean white cutting board stained from use. Once plastics are stained they are no longer considered easily cleanable. The food-contact surfaces of all cooking equipment shall be kept free of encrusted grease deposits and other accumulated soil.

Found bread cases stored on the floor in the walk in cooler. Provide dunage rack for bread to be stored on in the walk in cooler. Found post mix cases stored on the floor. Corrected. Containers of food shall be stored a minimum of six inches above the floor or on easily moveable dollies, racks or pallets to protect the food from splash and other contamination, and to permit easy cleaning of the storage area
- Restrooms with self-closing doors, fixtures operate properly, facility clean, supplied with hand soap, disposable towels or hand drying devices, tissue
Provide paper towel dispenser to the hand sink by the three compartment sink. A supply of sanitary towels or a hand-drying device providing heated air shall be conveniently located near each lavatory.
- Walls, ceilings, and attached equipment, properly constructed, clean
.The lock to the mens restroom door is not locking properly. Fix lock to assure privacy. Walls and ceilings, including doors, windows, and similar enclosures shall be maintained in good repair.

2.) The men's bathroom door was found to be broke and not self-closing Toilet rooms shall be completely enclosed and shall have tight fitting, self-closing doors. Correct by replacing or repairing door. Manager states a work order is in for the door.

Non food contact surface cleaning: the sandwich toaster is in need of detailing, the bump out ledge behind the sandwich make table needs cleaned, clean the counter beneath the steamers. Clean as needed.

IFound scrub pads stored in hand sink by three compartment sink. Found pitcher for filling steamers stored in the hand sink at sandwich cut station. Corrected and spoke to employees.

Found dish soap, stainless steel cleaner and other chemicals stored above single service sandwich wraps and a 50 lbs bag of onions. Spoke to management about issue. Management was the process of correcting. Poisonous or toxic materials necessary for the maintenance of the establishment shall not be stored above or intermingled with food, food equipment, utensils, or single-service articles.
